Health & Fitness Classes

NorthRiver offers a dynamic selection of group fitness classes designed to support strength, flexibility, and overall wellness. Popular offerings include Yoga, Pilates, Water Aerobics and Volleyball, as well as functional Strength training — all led by certified instructors who provide encouragement, guidance, and personalized attention.

Members with fitness access included in their membership may enjoy one complimentary group class per month as part of their wellness benefits. Additional group classes may be added to any fitness membership for expanded access and flexibility.

A full class schedule is available inside the Fitness Center or can be found in the Health & Fitness section of the members-only portal.
