Health & Fitness Classes

Group fitness classes, including yoga, pilates, water aerobics/volleyball, and strength training are available.  Members with fitness on their membership may enjoy one complimentary group class per month. 

Group classes can be added to any fitness membership.

A detailed group class schedule is available to members in the Fitness Center, or can be found in the Health & Fitness section for members only.
