Weekly Sunday Class!

Hydro Barre with Tracy at the Golf Club Pool

3:00 PM - 3:45 PM

Hydro Barre is a full body, basic ballet barre workout in the water accompanied by classical adagio and allegro music. Members will get out of the movement what they put into it. This is a great water workout for everyone, no matter the level of individual physical ability! Previous ballet experience is not required in order to benefit and enjoy this class!
